T O D A Y, we're traveling across the pond to the UK and chatting with Katy Truss of Fabulous Food Finds.  She has a wonderful story of taking her experience  growing up in pubs and restaurants, and her love of food, and becoming a specialist in artisan and speciality food.  She discovers and shares new, unique and outstanding producers and brands. based in the UK,  through her company, Fabulous Food Finds.  

Katy is a food writer, food judge, taste tester and reviewer and curates an area of food and drink producers at the BBC Good Food Shows where she also hosts celebrity chef interviews and tasting workshops.

We chat about entrepreneurship, the challenges of small artisan brands and how she creates a truly unique and special food experience through her Fabulous Food Finds subscription box.  Plus, she shares an upcoming product that will be in the Spring box!
