Foodie Friends

Spring time change struggles, hormonal yoga, memory loss and movies AND tips on repurposing your old spice jars

Jane Raven and Lisa Seigle Season 1 Episode 24

Welcome back for another episode, Foodie Friends!

Oh boy, do we cover it all in this episode!  From Springing forward (which no one seems to like on EITHER side of the pond), spice cupboard clean outs (and fun ways to repurpose spice jars) to a Sunday women's retreat complete with hormonal yoga and a fire pit to sour foods (and Lisa's grandmother's favorite sour drink) and Jane's latest visit to the theater which took a turn down a totally different lane of conversation.

It's a short and sweet episode -- perfect to listen while you cook dinner tonight!

CORRECTIONStill Alice is a novel based on the real life story of Alice Howland, a linguistics professor at Columbia, and how she and her family lived through her diagnosis of early onset Alzheimer's.
