The UK celebrates Beef Week and the US celebrates Beef Month.  Jane and I pretty much celebrate beef all year long!

I'm sharing a juicy, mouth watering burger recipe that's loaded with Asian flavor.  It's a step up from your regular burger!  The flavor is mind blowing and you'll want to make this on repeat all year long!

Jane's sharing her signature beef wellington -- and, WAIT, before you start shaking your head and telling yourself you can't make this dish, Jane's here to share ALL the tips for making it an easy and approachable recipe. 

We're also sharing our tips for a quick steak recipe, and, as usual, we go off topic.....but that's part of the fun of us!
